And if voters finally decide that even if Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii as some people claim, it still makes no difference on his not being eligible to be the President because his father, Barack Hussein Obama Sr., was a British Citizen from Kenya. Obama Sr. was never a U.S. citizen, never had a Green card and was only visiting the USA on a student visa. The Constitution says that a President must be "a natural born citizen" (which should mean that both parents were U.S. Citizens) unless the candidate for President was a U.S. Citizen who was alive at the time the Constitution was adopted.
The Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787 and if there is one thing about Obama jr. that I am confident of it is this, he is not more than 224 years old. If he is over 224 years old, he looks really great for his age doesn't he? Obama can be a "native born" U.S. citizen if he was actually born in Hawaii as claimed, and with only 1 American parent, but I am sure he was not alive on 9-17-1787 and therefore he needed both parents to be U.S. citizens for him to qualify as a "natural born U.S. citizen".
When a child is born in the USA with either parent or with both parents being foreign nationals, the child is a "native born" U.S. Citizen but is not a "Natural Born" U.S. Citizen, because both parents should be U.S. citizens to be a "Natural Born" citizen. A U.S. Senator, a Supreme Court judge and every other U.S. official, except for the President, can be a "native born" U.S. citizen. Only the President is held to a higher standard and is required to be a "Natural Born" citizen. That proves there is a difference between a U.S. native born citizen, a naturalized U.S. citizen and a Natural born U.S. citizen who had 2 U.S. citizen parents as the Founding Fathers intended for all future Presidents to have, for those who were born after 9-17-1787 as Obama jr. was.
The writers and signers of the Constitution wanted to prevent having a U.S. President who was born with dual citizenship, with divided loyalty to a foreign country, and especially not to Great Britain, which is exactly what Obama had when he was born. Obama had allegiance to Great Britain via his British-Kenyan father when born in 1961 according to U.S. and British law. If born in Hawaii, he was born 50% American from his mother and 50% British from his father. His famous "Certificate of Live Birth" proves beyond doubt, that he was born a dual citizen with parents from 2 different countries, and that proves he is not a "Natural Born U.S. Citizen" as the President should be.
Because many Founding Fathers were born in the U.S. with a foreign born father or mother who was not a U.S. citizen, they were dual citizens themselves when the U.S. was still being created in 1787. So, they included a "Grand Fathered in Clause" into the Constitution giving an exemption, which allowed a U.S. citizen who was alive at that time in 1787, to still be eligible to be the President, no matter what type or which country the parent's citizenship was with.
That exemption clause proves that they intended that future Presidents must be more than just a normal U.S. citizen who was simply born in the U.S. and that the President must also have parents who were both U.S. citizens so there could be no chance of divided allegiance with a foreign country. Obama had 1 British parent, 1 American parent and 1 Indonesian adopted parent. Obama never had 2 U.S. parents. Those facts, and his age of being less than 224 years old, should make Obama not eligible to be the President. So why is he the president? I do not know, but I think a mistake was made. What do you think? What would George Washington think? What would God think?
If Obama is removed for not being eligible or if he quits after 1 term, Hillary could be nominated for President in 2012. How can VP Biden assume the office of President if Obama chose Biden while Obama was not qualified to be the President? I'm not an expert on this, these are just my personal opinions. You should read the U.S. Constitution and it's amendments and you decide what you think.
